The dispatch desk opens early and answers the door through the shipping day, Monday to Friday, with a smaller receiving window on Saturday. During these hours you can reach a planning voice who can check a lane, confirm a window, or take a load that needs to roll the same day. Outside these hours you can email the yard and the morning shift will take up your note first thing.

Do you take small single shipments?
Yes. A single pallet or a small parcel can join a consolidated lane headed your direction. Small freight keeps its cost low by sharing the deck with other regional loads, so you do not need a truckload volume to reach the lanes the yard runs. Mention the pallet count in your note and the desk will find you the nearest ride.
How far outside Austin do the lanes run?
The main consolidation lanes serve central and south Texas, including the surrounding distribution markets that pull freight through the region. If your destination lies outside a scheduled lane, ask the desk about a special run or a partner haulier on our team, and the office will look for a way to reach it.
When do I receive proof of delivery?
The signed record for each stop is filed at the yard on the day the freight delivers and is shared with you in the same working day. You never chase a pod across the road, and the record reaches you while the delivery is still fresh enough to answer any customer question.
